1. Visa Services
- Once your visa application is submitted to the embassy or consulate, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
- Service charges, embassy fees, and any courier charges are non-refundable, even if the visa application is rejected or delayed.
- Cancellation prior to submission may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
2. Travel Bookings (Flights, Hotels, Packages)
- Airline tickets and hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline or hotel. We will assist in processing cancellations but are bound by supplier terms.
- Holiday packages once booked are partially refundable subject to the deduction of third-party charges (hotels, airlines, transport, etc.) and STELLAR VISAZ PRIVATE LIMITED’s service charges.
- In some cases, non-refundable tickets/packages will be clearly communicated before booking and are not eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellation Charges
- Visa Services: 100% cancellation charge once processed/submitted.
- Flight/Hotel/Package Bookings: Charges will vary as per supplier rules + company service fees.
- Service Charges: STELLAR VISAZ PRIVATE LIMITED’s service charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Refund Processing
- Refund requests must be made in writing to info@stellarvisaz.com with complete details.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 60 working days after receiving confirmation from the concerned authority/service provider.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
5. Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays in processing refunds caused by airlines, embassies, hotels, or payment gateways.
- Visa decision-making rests solely with the respective embassy/consulate; we have no control over approval or rejection outcomes.
