- If your occupation is not on the skilled occupation list for the 190 visa, then you cannot apply.
- Get a positive skills assessment for the occupation you nominated.
- Acquire nomination from a state or territory government.
- Achieve a score of at least 65 points on the Points Test (which considers age, education, English level, work experience, etc.).
- Be below 45 years of age at the time of the invitation.
- Have English language proficiency according to the requirements (competent english or higher).
- Fulfill the criteria relating to health and character.
